Gente tenho uma dica para todos vocês que compram nessa loja, tomem muito cuidado com a indicação do funcionário Anselmo, ele me indicou um prestador de colocação de pedras, me indicaram falando que seria uma excelente contratação, que não teríamos problema, pois eles seria o melhor prestador, estou até hoje somente com o meu armário, sem as minhas pedras, sem mesa, sem pia, sem fogão, porque tudo que comprei com eles envolve tudo isso que falei, conclusão estou sem cozinha completa, somente com as madeiras, lamentável, cuidado com as indicações da loja. Devidamente entregue no prazo, entretanto dentro da própria loja tivemos a indicação de uma empresa de mármores inclusive com a garantia de que o dono desta empresa era amigo do dono da New, fizemos a contratamos... Nossa vida virou um inferno, além de até agora não entregarem a empresa se quer responde nossas ligações. Pior ainda a New quer tirar o corpo fora dizendo não ser responsável. Além de tudo a empresa já marcou três vezes, nos deixaram esperando o dia inteiro e até não vieram e nem respondem mensagens ou telefonemas. Lamentável. Lamentável. Lamentável.
