Qual foi minha surpresa quando precisei de fazer um arremate na janela por conta de uma pequena obra. Serviço excepcional. Fui muito bem atendido pela funcionaria Tathyana que me deu diversos soluções para a minha necessidade com um prazo muito bom. Pensei que era so o caso de uma funcionaria isolada na empresa. Percebi que não era quando chegou a equipe para fazer a instalação. Foram pontuais, super educados, eficientes e deixaram tudo limpo. Uma raridade hoje em dia. Ja fiz 7 obras residenciais na minha vida e raramente encontro esse tipo de profissional. Parabéns aos sócios e gestores dessa Cia. Gostaria que isso fosse a norma no mercado brasileiro, mas infelizmente não eh. Recomendo 1000% a todos.

What was my surprise when I needed to finish off the window due to a small work. Exceptional service. I was very well attended by the Tathyana employee who gave me several solutions for my need with a very good deadline. I thought it was just the case of an isolated employee in the company. I realized it wasn't when the team arrived to do the installation. They were punctual, super polite, efficient and left everything clean. A rarity these days. I've done 7 residential projects in my life and I rarely meet this type of professional. Congratulations to the partners and managers of this company. I would like this to be the norm in the Brazilian market, but unfortunately it is not. I recommend 1000% to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há um ano instalei uma porta anti ruído na varanda do meu quarto, pois os barulhos do bairro estavam me incomodando muito. Fui atendido pelo representante Sr Medeiros, muito cuidadoso e atencioso. O resultado foi espetacular, a porta superou as expectativas e melhorou muito a qualidade do meu sono. Estou de mudança e já encomendei outra porta para o apartamento novo! Recomendo.
A year ago I installed an anti-noise door on the balcony of my room, as the noise from the neighborhood was bothering me a lot. I was attended by the representative Mr Medeiros, very careful and attentive. The result was spectacular, the door exceeded expectations and greatly improved the quality of my sleep. I'm moving and I've already ordered another door for the new apartment! I recommend.

Produto diferenciado dos demais concorrentes por isso não foi a mais barata que cotei...Mas por isso fechei com eles atendimento e qualidade valem mais que qualquer coisa!!! Super recomendo!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente, desde o primeiro contato com a empresa, onde agendaram a visita de um técnico que me orientou e esclareceu todas as minhas dúvidas. A instalação foi antes do prazo previsto e a equipe que veio até minha residência foi muito cuidadosa na colocação da janela, obedecendo os protocolos de segurança contra a Covid-19 e também tomaram o cuidado de deixar o local da instalação limpo, todos foram muito educados. Super recomendo!
Excellent service, from the first contact with the company, where they scheduled a visit by a technician who guided me and clarified all my doubts. The installation was ahead of schedule and the staff that came to my residence were very careful in placing the window, obeying the security protocols against Covid-19 and also took care to leave the installation site clean, everyone was very polite. . Eles informaram qual seria a melhor opção para resolver o problema e me enviaram a proposta - o atendimento foi excelente. Continuou excelente com o Ricardo, que foi em casa fazer a medição fina para que a peça pudesse entrar em produção. A última etapa foi com o Felipe e com o Jonatas, que fizeram a instalação da janela: rápida, sem bagunça e fizeram a limpeza do local. De novo, EXCELENTE. Só posso agradecer a competência e o profissionalismo de todos da ISOLAR. Quem precisar, pode ter certeza de ser bem atendido!
