Compareci nesta data e não foi entregue .Dia 09/09/2019 liguei para saber a data correta da entrega e tanto a vendedora Gina com.o a supervisora Fabiana conseguiram estabelecer uma data de entrega alegando o óculos não ter passado no controle de qualidade sem contudo me dar uma data. Ate hoje dia 20/09/2019 não estabeleceram uma data para a entrega.cabe ressaltar o óculos foi pago na data do dia 13/07 no cartão de crédito em dez vezes sem juros já tendo paga a primeira. Aguardando retorno .
I bought a pair of glasses on 07/13/2019 with a long delivery date for 09/05/2019. I attended on this date and it was not delivered. On 09/09/2019 I called to know the correct delivery date and both the seller Gina and the supervisor Fabiana managed to establish a delivery date claiming the glasses did not pass the quality control without however give me a date. Until today, 09/20/2019, they have not established a date for delivery. It should be noted that the glasses were paid on the date of 07/13 on the credit card in ten interest-free installments, having already paid the first. Awaiting return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gerente desse lugar é super arrogante, não sabe conversar e entender determinadas situações que acontecem com as pessoas, já sai julgando as coisas e pessoas no maior tom de superioridade e falando alto. Os outros funcionários até atendem bem, mas o atendimento dessa gerente estraga tudo, ela não sabe lidar com público e acha que está acima de tudo e todos. Essa gerente é uma loira de cabelos curtos e olhos azuis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assim que fiz meu exame, passei por diversas óticas no mesmo bairro e de longe esta teve o pior atendimento. Começou com um vendedor, que até então estava mostrando tudo direitinho, até uma superior a ele invadir o atendimento, começar a questionar nossa opção por continuar pesquisando. Garantindo uma qualidade ao falar negativamente de outras empresas (trabalhei com público e com vendas e acho isso de péssimo gosto).
Felizmente arrogância não vende.
Se está moça, que parece ser gerente ou supervisora, loira de cabelo curto, continuar com o tipo de atendimento que tem, jamais indico esta empresa.
