★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, toda semana ligo fazendo reclamação, já mudei o plana achando que era a velocidade, mas não é. infelizmente não cumpre com a velocidade contratada.
Horrible, every week I call complaining, I changed the plane thinking it was speed, but it is not. unfortunately it does not comply with the contracted speed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet horrível, não aconselho para ninguém, só tive dor de cabeça com ela. suporte técnico inventa um monte de mentiras para cobrir o péssimo serviço proposto por eles. NÃO INDICO PARA NINGUÉM.
Horrible internet, I don't advise anyone, I just had a headache with it. technical support invents a lot of lies to cover the terrible service they offer. DO NOT INDICATE TO ANYONE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não costuma ficar indisponível com frequência mas também não mantém a velocidade contratada constantemente e parece que deixa pra falhar quando o suporte está fora de horário de atendimento. É muito frustrante ficar sem internet e não ter como pedir atuação a um suporte técnico.
It doesn't tend to be unavailable very often but it also doesn't maintain the contracted speed constantly and seems to fail when support is out of office hours. It's very frustrating to be without the internet and not be able to ask for technical support.

I have been using the services of New wave internet for 3 years and I rarely had a problem. But today I am using less than half of the contracted service and even so, to watch movies I even work is horrible and they are charging technical assistance for small things

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ainda me recordo do dia em que ela chegou no meu bairro sendo a internet mais estável, ultimamente (nos últimos meses) estou tendo sérios problemas em Jogos, Livestream, programas de comunicação e Vídeos, quando anoitece ela piora drasticamente, com um excesso de perca de pacotes e falta de banda, por mais que ligue para o atendimento e resolva no momento, não demora muito pra voltar ao estado precário que estava! cansei de ter que sempre entrar em contato para relatar o mesmo problema, migrar é a solução.
I still remember the day she arrived in my neighborhood being the most stable internet, lately (in the last few months) I'm having serious problems in Games, Livestream, communication programs and Videos, when night falls she gets worse drastically, with an excess of loss of packages and lack of bandwidth, no matter how much you call the service and resolve it at the time, it doesn't take long to return to the precarious state it was! I got tired of always having to get in touch to report the same problem, migrating is the solution.
