Faz um contrato depois, fala que o contrato não estava valido e o comprador sai perdendo e simplesmente eles somem! Uma dica se quiser vender não procure eles e se quiser comprar fuja que é furada!
BAD COMMITMENT!
Make a contract later, say that the contract was not valid and the buyer loses and they simply disappear! A tip if you want to sell, don't look for them and if you want to buy, run away because it's pierced!
