★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Também mau serviço pela Magalu. Faturado 2 dias depois do pedido, quatro dias depois ainda não entregue. Na Magalu só da robô dizendo o mesmo que está no rastreamento. Telefones não atendem. Aniversário do meu neto já até passou.
Darei 24hs e vou cancelar o pedido e pagamento no cartão para investigação. Se não tem competência, não se estabeleça.
Also bad service by Magalu. Billed 2 days after order, four days later still undelivered. At Magalu just the robot saying the same thing that is in the tracking. Phones don't answer. My grandson's birthday has even passed.
