★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não resolveram meus problemas, me mandaram uma conta com saldo negativo , não precisava pagar pois tinham me cobrando uma conta bem acima do valor, então entrei em contato por telefone fui a loja e continuam me mandando a mesma conta com saldo negativo, é minha linha bloqueada eu não consigo pagar a conta já vai pra mais de mês até mesmo a que me deram na loja tá contando saldo negativo, o jeito é entrar com processo contra a Nextel e talvez vou ver se cabe contra a loja.
