Na agência da Tupinambas, em BH, o agente da entrada completamente despreparado pra lidar com pessoas! Extremamente mal educado! Me senti um lixo sendo recebido por esse ser!!!! E o pior é que me senti reprimido porque ele aponta o dedo dizendo que vai colocar pra fora se reclamar de um serviço que pagamos!!!!!! Onde estamos nesse país????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vigilante do INSS em Santa luzia totalmente despreparada, grossa e sem nenhuma educação! Precisa de reciclagem ou então mudar de profissão uma vez que o INSS lida com idosos e pessoas com pouco instrução. ( ela deixa o crachá virado pra ninguém identificá-la)

Uma pessoa totalmente desrespeitosa com o público. Prestando serviço dos serventuarios. Ela nao foi contratada para atender o público. Com uma abordagem totalmente grosseira. Sem nenhuma competência verbal. Se dirigiu a minha pessoa de forma desrespeitosa. Usou o termo: "essa mulher" ... agendou serviço.... ???
