★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui voto vencida no meu condomínio quando resolveram tirar os porteiros e colocar essa empresa para fazer a administração. Vi recomendações, inclusive aqui no google (recomendaçoes nao boas), mas mesmo assim optaram por colocar essa empresa. Interfone nao chama, liguei para reclamar, mandaram eu reclamar com o sindico. Um absurdo.
I was voted unsuccessful in my condo when they decided to remove the porters and put this company to do the administration. I saw recommendations, including here on google (not good recommendations), but even so they chose to put this company. Intercom does not call, I called to complain, they sent me to complain with the union. Absurd.

Sou corretor de imóveis e nunca passei por tanta falta de respeito igual passei com essa empresa. Não te atendem direito, não fazem nenhum esforço, só dificultam o acesso e DESLIGAM A CHAMADA NA CARA DA GENTE.
PÉSSIMO, TERRÍVEL, HORRÍVEL. PRECISAM MELHORAR MUITO PRA FICAREM RUINS!!

I am a real estate agent and I have never experienced so much lack of respect as I did with this company. They don't take care of you properly, they don't make any effort, they just hinder access and turn the call off in the face of the people.

O preço do serviço é bem competitivo com as demais fornecedoras do mesmo serviço e eles sabem negociar e mostrar onde têm diferenciais. Além disso, a portaria virtual soube lidar com problemas específicos de algumas unidades sem deixar o problema particular chegar ao síndico, o que facilita muito a vida do administrador do prédio. Todos os vizinhos ficaram muito contentes com a troca da portaria física pela portaria virtual da V-guard. Recomendo bastante!
I really like the service provided by V-guard. They were always very attentive and quick. The price of the service is very competitive with other suppliers of the same service and they know how to negotiate and show where they have differentials. In addition, the virtual concierge was able to deal with specific problems of some units without letting the particular problem reach the liquidator, which greatly facilitates the life of the building administrator. All the neighbors were very happy with the change from the physical entrance to the virtual entrance of the V-guard. I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou moradora do Ed. Lourdes e essa empresa presta um PÉSSIMO serviço de portaria eletrônica. Cuido de uma irmã idosa e incapaz que várias vezes perdeu atendimento médico devido o não atendimento dessa empresa, o profissional chega na portaria e eles não retornam a solicitação para o apartamento e o profissional fica esperando sem resposta. Diversas vezes o profissional CADASTRADO como meu funcionário (cuidador de idoso e fisioterapeuta), chega para o trabalho e não consegue entrar. Um total desrespeito a nós, clientes, os funcionários são mal educados e não conseguem compreender e responder questionamentos básicos.
I am a resident of Ed. Lourdes and this company provides a TERRIBLE electronic concierge service. I take care of an elderly and incapable sister who has lost medical care several times due to non-attendance by this company, the professional arrives at the reception and they do not return the request for the apartment and the professional is kept waiting without an answer. Several times the professional REGISTERED as my employee (caregiver for the elderly and physiotherapist) arrives for work and is unable to enter. A total disrespect to us, customers, employees are rude and fail to understand and answer basic questions.

Não feche serviço com essa empresa, pois eles não são capacitados, não respondem as reclamações, nós ficamos esperando minutos na portaria para liberação.
Os profissionais não escutam nossas solicitações!
Uma total falta de respeito nos atendimentos.
Moramos em uma avenida movimentada e diversas vezes ficamos a mercê do perigo (assalto) devido a demora do atendimento.
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE !
Do not close the service with this company, as they are not trained, do not respond to complaints, we wait minutes at the reception for release.
Professionals do not listen to our requests!
A total lack of respect in attendance.
We live on a busy avenue and several times we are at the mercy of danger (robbery) due to delays in care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssimo, terrível. não fazem o serviço que se propõem a fazer. chega visita eles dizem que não conseguiram falar no apto (o interfone nem toca!!!!), chega encomenda no smartlocker não enviam código para retirada, demoram a resolver o problema. em certos horários a visita espera por muito tempo até que alguém atenda, correndo muitas vezes risco na rua vazia à noite.
terrible, terrible. They don't do the service they purport to do. a visit arrives they say they couldn't speak in the apartment (the intercom doesn't even ring!!!!), the order arrives on the smartlocker they don't send a code for withdrawal, they take time to solve the problem. at certain times the visitor waits for a long time for someone to answer, often taking a risk on the empty street at night.
