E no caso dessa copiadora RTB, fui surpreendido desde o atendimento por telefone, no balcão, qualidade e velocidade na encadernação, além da oferta de mais 3 serviços distintos que nem me lembrava que estávamos precisando e já se prontificaram para fazer a proposta e orçamento...

O preço é o melhor que conheço em termos de xerox, impressão etc. Sim, fique avisado de antemão que eles são bem rudimentares na forma de tratar os clientes, mas eles são assim há anos e certamente não distinguem clientes. Pelo preço, apenas fale o q tem q ser feito e pare de achar que está num restaurante 5 estrelas com garçons simpáticos e ambiente requintado.

The price is the best I know in terms of xeroxing, printing, etc. Yes, be warned in advance that they are pretty rudimentary in the way they treat customers, but they've been that way for years and certainly don't distinguish between customers. For the price, just say what has to be done and stop thinking you're in a 5 star restaurant with friendly waiters and a refined atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avaliação negativa: te xingam!! não façam nada nesse lugar!!!!!! Mandei fazer um cartão e eles dissseram que faziam. Erraram o orçamento 2 vezes. Quando fui buscar, os cartões estavam sujos, cortados fora das margens e ilegíveis. Quando fui reclamar, a Elaine, quem me atendeu, simplesmente colocou a culpa no meu material. Porém em nenhum momento me disse que iria sair ilegível (afinal a profissional seria eles neh) ou que o arquivo precisava de alguma alteração.
Me devolveu o dinheiro e virou as costas. Depois um outro funcionário começou a gritar comigo e me xingou, falou das minhas roupas, do meu cabelo (extremamente preconceituoso, mandou eu passar chapinha no meu cabelo) Ou seja, pulgueiro. Nao se ofereceram para arrumar, para solucionar. Se vcs olharem mais abaixo, tem outras reclamações relatando descaso no atendimento e xingos. Se vcs querem impressão e atendimento de péssima qualidade, já sabem onde encontrar.
