Pra simplesmente deixar um cliente esperando, sem nem ao menos avisar que não viriam!!!
I personally went to request a technical visit, and even today I am waiting for the technicians to arrive, I was so tired, gave up, called another company, it seems that there must be money or work left in these times of crisis !! To simply keep a customer waiting, without even warning that they would not come !!!
