★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conhecemos a Nimo pois estávamos em busca da Dr Alessandra Simonetto, que já atendia de forma brilhante o nosso Dog em outra clinica no passado.
Quando chegamos à Nimo, além de contar com a competência profissional da Ale, notamos que todos os funcionários ( Pet Shop, Banho e tosa, recepção e veterinários), agem e falam a mesma línguagem, a do cuidado e bem estar, não só dos pets mas também dos humanos que ali frequentam.
Temos passado tempos delicados com 2 dogs doentes e fico impressionado com a disponibilidade, disposição e carinho que todos tem nos tratado, inclusive com suporte via whatsApp.
Essa avaliação, além de indicar o local, é também para publicamente agradecer a Dr Alessandra, a Cristiane (oftalmo), a Dr. Priscila, a Andreia (recepção) e todos os funcionários do pet que estão sempre a postos a nos atender e auxiliar.

 We met Nimo because we were looking for Dr Alessandra Simonetto, who already brilliantly attended to our Dog in another clinic in the past.
When we arrived at Nimo, in addition to having Ale's professional competence, we noticed that all the employees (Pet Shop, Bath and Grooming, Reception and Veterinarians) act and speak the same language, that of care and well-being, not just the pets but also the humans who frequent there.
We have spent delicate times with 2 sick dogs and I am impressed with the availability, willingness and affection that everyone has treated us, including support via whatsApp.
This evaluation, in addition to indicating the location, is also to publicly thank Dr Alessandra, Cristiane (ophthalmo), Dr. Priscila, Andreia (reception) and all pet employees who are always ready to assist and assist us .

Minha cachorra frequenta a nimo desde os 3 meses de idade, o serviço veterinário é impecável, desde as vacinas, até a castração e emergência, já nos consultamos com a dr. Alê e dr. André, que são profissionais excelentes e trabalham com amor.
A equipe do banho é bem preparada e cuida bem de todas das raças e portes, usam produtos top de linha e são muito pacientes com os animais. A Lolla toma banho sem sofrimento nas mãos do Rogério,que cuida muito bem dos pelos dela.
O pessoal das vendas possuem ótimas experiências e orientam a melhor opção de compra... quando chegamos lá, a alegria ao ver Jarlene, Raquel, Marcos, Jonathan, é tão grande que a Lolla faz xixi e não quer ir embora.
A loja oferece produtos de alta qualidade e de grife pet, tbm possui farmácia.
Nimo é o lugar que amo e confio ❤

My dog goes to nimo since 3 months old, the veterinary service is impeccable, from vaccines to castration and emergency, we have already consulted with dr. Ale and dr. André, who are excellent professionals and work with love.
The bath staff are well prepared and take good care of all races and sizes, use top of the line products and are very patient with animals. Lolla bathes without suffering in the hands of Rogério, who takes good care of her hair.
The sales people have great experiences and guide the best buying option ... when we get there, the joy of seeing Jarlene, Raquel, Marcos, Jonathan is so great that Lolla pees and doesn't want to leave.
The store offers high quality and pet products, also has a pharmacy.
