★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui super mau atendido ?! Liguei sexta confirmando, sábado retornei a ligação confirmando o banho do meu pet! Peguei o meu pet coloquei no carro, (7 km rodado). Ao chegar aproximadamente as 11:41 simplesmente a DONA me disse que não havia mais vaga! Descaso, despreparo total. E no final ainda me disse que não ia mais pegar meu pet , veja o tipo de profissional (veterinária recém formada e proprietária) que presta serviço! Nota Menos 1 (-1)!
Today I was super bad ?! I called Friday confirming, Saturday I returned the call confirming my pet's bath! I took my pet and put it in the car, (7 km driven). Upon arriving at approximately 11:41 AM DONA simply told me that there was no more vacancy! Carelessness, total unpreparedness. And in the end he still told me he was not going to get my pet anymore, see the type of professional (newly formed veterinarian and owner) that provides service! Note Minus 1 (-1)!
