Os serviços foram executados a contento e, até agora não tenho o que reclamar.
Como ponto negativo ressalto que solicitei que guardassem as peças trocadas, uma vez que num primeiro atendimento ainda não tinha total confiança na empresa. Algumas peças foram guardadas, outras não. Não estou afirmando que houve desonestidade, mas comprometeu um pouco a transparência... Por isso não dei a avaliação máxima.
Espero que no próximo atendimento, caso haja, guardem as peças trocadas. Não é nenhum pedido absurdo.

I decided to look for the services of the workshop after checking the several positive reviews on google. I was a little afraid as it was my first time as a customer. I was very well attended and oriented about the need for the services to be performed.
The services were performed satisfactorily and so far I have nothing to complain about.
As a negative point, I would like to point out that I asked them to keep the replaced parts, since I still didn't have complete confidence in the company in a first service. Some pieces were saved, others not. I'm not saying there was dishonesty, but it compromised transparency a little... That's why I didn't give the maximum assessment.
I hope that in the next service, if any, keep the replaced parts. It's no preposterous request.
