Terrible attendance. I was 2 days asking for a quote and neither the ability to meet me they had. They wrapped me up until I searched with another supplier. Horrible. I don't point to ngm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Agendei uma visita para orçamentos nessa terça-feira, dia 12/04/2016. Às 16h resolvi ligar e fui informada que o carro quebrou e "esqueceram" de me avisar. Uma empresa que esquece de avisar que não vai comparecer a visita e faz o cliente perder um dia de trabalho para esperar, não pode ser uma empresa séria e competente.
Terrible! I scheduled a visit for budgets this Tuesday, 12/04/2016. At 16h I decided to call and was informed that the car broke down and "forgot" to warn me. A company that forgets to warn that it will not attend the visit and makes the client miss a day's work to wait cannot be a serious and competent company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fiquei quase dois meses tentando agendar um serviço e a pessoa que atende, Simone, é uma grossa que diz que vai ligar para marcar e nunca liga. Hoje quando liguei e disse a ela que não sabia mais o que fazer para conseguir atendimento ela me respondeu que era melhor eu procurar um outro local!!! Cadê o dono deste estabelecimento????
Terrible attendance. I spent almost two months trying to schedule a service and the person who answers, Simone, is a thick girl who says she'll call and never call. Today when I called and told her I didn't know what else to do to get care, she replied that I had better look elsewhere !!! Where is the owner of this establishment ????
