★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço péssimo prestado. Na hora de colocar o Notebook para reparar é tudo muito bom, que vai arrumar aqui e alí, fazer isso ou aquilo. Deixei meu notebook que estava com problema no teclado e mal contato nas portas USB's para reparar. No dia que levei para o conserto , me disseram que tinha que formatar e resolvia. Eu descordei, mas como não sou profissional resolvi apostar. Me cobraram 500 reais pra formatar e arrumar os mau contatos. Após prorrogar o prazo por duas vezes, fui pegar o computador e contestei que o aparelho não estava resolvido. O teclado com pouco tempo voltou a apresentar defeito e o mau contato nas portas USB's continuam.

I disagree, but since I'm not a professional I decided to bet. They charged me $ 500 to format and fix the bad contacts. The keyboard with a short time has returned to malfunction and the bad contact in the USB ports continues.

Não tem cuidado com as máquinas, meu notebook voltou todo arranhado, o teclado todo elevado com botões que não funcionam, um arrependimento enorme. Depois de retornar 3 vezes para corrigir problemas, desisti e levei para outra pessoa resolver. Nunca mais.
Bad service, my notebook came in to perform a repair and left with several other problems. Don't be careful with the machines, my notebook came back all scratched, the keyboard all raised with buttons that don't work, a huge regret. After returning 3 times to correct problems, I gave up and took it to someone else to solve it. Never.

Péssimo atendimento, serviço feito de qualquer jeito. Uma vez para nunca mais voltar. Detalhe: o problema no meu notebook persiste.

Da primeira vez que deixei meu notebook, foi um caos. Dono e funcionários não entenderam o que eu expliquei, e fizeram o serviço de qualquer jeito. Até precisei voltar, pois remontaram meu notebook como acharam, e gerou ruídos.
Da segunda vez, pensando em dar uma nova chance, levei o notebook de uma conhecida. Novamente, um tremendo estresse. O problema era apenas um teclado, e empurraram um produto de péssima qualidade para a troca. Recusei, com todas as palavras ditas, da forma mais pacífica possível. Não compreenderam, efetuaram a troca, e eu, cliente, tive que pagar.
O lance aqui não é dinheiro, sim satisfação e compreensão do cliente. Essa loja não aprenderá isso, e oferece uma péssima experiência. Nunca recomendarei.

The first time I left my notebook, it was chaos. Owner and employees did not understand what I explained, and did the job anyway. I even had to go back, because they reassembled my notebook as they found it, and it generated noises.
The second time, thinking about giving it another chance, I took the notebook of an acquaintance. Again, tremendous stress. The problem was just a keyboard, and they pushed a crappy product to exchange. I refused, with every word spoken, as peacefully as possible. They didn't understand, they made the exchange, and I, the customer, had to pay.
The bid here is not money, but customer satisfaction and understanding. This store won't learn that, and it offers a bad experience. I will never recommend.
