★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma piada ...o lugar cobra R$60,00 pra te dizer o problema do teu notebook. Eles descontam o valor se você fizer o serviço lá , mas você tem que acreditar que eles tão dizendo a verdade e não pode fazer cotação em outro lugar.... ridículo!
PS.: Fui mal atendido!!
 A joke ... the place charges R $ 60.00 to tell you the problem with your notebook. They discount the amount if you do the job there, but you have to believe that they are telling the truth and cannot quote elsewhere .... ridiculous!
PS .: I was poorly attended !!

I went to NK through a referral and I was very satisfied. From service to delivery. Mr Paulo, who did the analysis of my machine, gave me the information with a security that I had never seen another professional do.
I hope I don't have any problems with my computer again, but if it ever happens, it is for sure NK that I will look for!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, principalmente por via WhatsApp, tudo é extremamente caro, e vc tem q atender a condição deles e não eles a do cliente. Horrível em todas as situações, nada atenciosos e rudes.
Estou editando minutos depois após a resposta do proprietário que respondeu com FAKE. Tenho o print de conversa e tudo de conversa com meu irmão, não confiem nessa assistência!
Terrible service, especially via WhatsApp, everything is extremely expensive, and you have to meet their condition and not them the client's. Horrible in all situations, not considerate or rude.
I'm editing minutes later after the response from the owner who responded with FAKE. I have a screenshot of the conversation and all of the conversation with my brother, don't trust this assistance!

Os termos são completamente sem sentido e pouco importa a satisfação do cliente ou a qualidade do serviço. Não indico ao meu pior inimigo.
