Colocam impensilios para fazer ajustes, se vc está alugando a casa de aluguel tem dá um jeito ou proporcionar o melhor conforto e fazer de um tudo para o cliente saí satisfeito, lá não, muito impensilios e nos clientes que temos que nos adaptar a eles. Não indico a ninguém. Além disso tudo recebi meu vestido que não gostei e tive que engolir o que eles quiseram empurrar, o vestido veio sujo e com algumas manchinhas como se a peça não tivesse caído lavada. Nota -0.

I don't recommend it to anyone. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ INSATISFAÇÃO: Atendimento péssimo, realizei uma (compra) do vestido e demoraram 2 meses pra entregar. Além disso, no ato da entrega, não tinham uma sacola, nada apropriado pra levar a mercadoria. Tratam os clientes como um lixo. Não recomendo a loja. E não voltarei nunca mais.

Entrei na loja com minha família e pra minha surpresa, não tinha ninguém pra nos receber, apenas o rapaz que abriu a porta (o único simpático ali), depois de uns minutos veio uma vendedora com a cara fechada e que quase não respondia as perguntas, além disso, ela ficava fugindo lá pra a parte de dentro da loja, como se não quisesse atender e todas as vezes que a gente precisava tirar uma dúvida em relação um vestido, nunca tinha NINGUÉM pra responder porque estavam socadas lá dentro da loja e mesmo que nós fossemos entrando pra ver mais vestidos e tentar encontrar alguém pra sanar nossas dúvidas, mais elas sumiam! a outra atendente então, muito pior que a primeira! Deus me livre! fomos embora e fechamos o aluguel de 3 vestidos e 2 conjuntos de terno com a Glamour, que ali sim! Atendimento excelente e preços condizentes com os vestidos, ao contrário da Luciana noivas. Não recomendo! pulem pra loja ao lado esquerdo.
Terrible attendance! I entered the store with my family and to my surprise, there was no one to welcome us, only the guy who opened the door (the only friendly one there), after a few minutes a saleswoman came with her face closed and who almost didn't answer the questions , in addition, she kept running inside the store, as if she didn't want to answer and every time we needed to ask a question about a dress, there was never ANYONE to answer because they were punched inside the store and even if we went in to see more dresses and try to find someone to solve our doubts, but they disappeared! the other attendant then, much worse than the first! God forbid! we went away and closed the rental of 3 dresses and 2 sets of suits with Glamour, that's right! Excellent service and prices consistent with the dresses, unlike Luciana brides.
