★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um Split inverter e o serviço de instalação com o senhor Maykon, a princípio me pareceu ser uma pessoa honesta, na data e hora marcada ele veio e instalou o ar e me deu garantia de 3 meses, no mesmo dia da instalação relatei que o ar não estava gelando bem e ele disse que isso era normal que depois de algumas horas de funcionamento iria melhorar, só que não, essa ar não gela, tentei por vários dias contato com o Maykon para que ele viesse resolver o meu problema, finalmente depois de muita insistência consegui marcar a visita e o mesmo veio com várias desculpas esfarrapadas de que isso e aquilo e nada foi resolvido. Resumindo esse péssimo profissional, cara safado mau caráter me deixou na mão, não atende mais as ligações e não responde as mensagens. Não façam negócio com esse mau caráter, ele vai te deixar na mão. SAFADO MAU CARÁTER
I bought a Split Inverter and the installation service with Mr. Maykon, at first he seemed to be an honest person, on the appointed date and time he came and installed the air and gave me a 3-month warranty, on the same day of installation I reported that the the air was not freezing well and he said that it was normal that after a few hours of operation it would get better, but no, this air does not freeze, I tried for several days to contact Maykon so that he would come and solve my problem, finally later after a lot of insistence I managed to schedule the visit and the same came with several lame excuses that this and that and nothing was resolved. In short, this terrible professional, dirty guy, bad character let me down, doesn't answer calls anymore and doesn't answer messages. Don't deal with that bad character, he'll let you down. Naughty BAD CHARACTER
