Fiz uma compra no dia 23/09/2021
E fui trocar no dia 08/10/2021, ou seja, no 15° dia e fui informada que o prazo eram de 12dias. E não efetuaram a minha troca.
Como as lojas do shopping os prazos máximos são de 30 dias, então e de obrigação da loja informar que adota uma política de troca diferente, e os clientes precisamos ser informados.
