★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz, presencialmente na loja, compras de várias coisas para uma construção. Foi estabelecido um prazo de no máximo 5 dias para entrega da mercadoria, mediante uma taxa de entrega de R$ 60. Já passaram-se 9 dias e a entrega ainda não foi feita.
A falta de mercadorias em estoque é compreensível mediante a pandemia, porém não foi o caso, visto que a loja alegou, no momento da compra, ter todos os produtos.
Não tem explicação para o prazo de entrega se estender por quase o dobro do tempo.
I did, in person at the store, purchases of various things for a construction. A maximum period of 5 days has been established for delivery of the goods, for a delivery fee of R $ 60. 9 days have passed and delivery has not yet been made.
The lack of goods in stock is understandable by the pandemic, but this was not the case, since the store claimed, at the time of purchase, to have all products.
There is no explanation for the delivery time extending almost twice as long.
