★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando o veterinário começou a consulta em pe na Recepcao eu não sabia nem que aquilo já era o atendimento. Foi a primeira vez que usei o convênio e pretendia passar nele mais vezes se eu tivesse gostado, mas não foi o caso. A moça da recepção era gentil mas o veterinário grosseiro, nem encostou no meu cachorro, ficou de um lado do balcão da recepção e eu em pé do outro. Tinha ido pelos comentários que vi aqui. Se não vai atender bem quem é de convênio, não se credencie. Se não está em um bom dia, desmarque os atendimentos. Se não consegue lidar com ter outras pessoas cuidando de um mesmo paciente, informe no início do atendimento e libere a pessoa para que procure outro profissional. Quando trabalhamos com o público, assim como eu, guardamos nossos problemas para cuidar dos outros. SENDO GENTIL SEMPRE! Fazendo o melhor atendimento SEMPRE seja convênio, seja particular ou seja um voluntariado.
When the veterinarian started the consultation standing at the Reception I did not even know that it was already the service. It was the first time that I used the agreement and I intended to pass it more often if I had liked it, but it was not the case. The girl at the reception was kind, but the rude vet, not even touching my dog, stood on one side of the reception desk and I was standing on the other. I had gone through the comments I saw here. If you are not going to take care of those who are in agreement, do not register. If it's not a good day, deselect the appointments. If you cannot deal with having other people taking care of the same patient, inform at the beginning of the service and release the person to look for another professional. When we work with the public, like me, we keep our problems to care for others. BEING KIND ALWAYS! Making the best service ALWAYS be an agreement, be it private or be a volunteer.

Cobraram uma bisnaga de Revolution 6 , que não é indicado para coelhos , 85,00 reais, por menos você compra uma caixa inteira nos melhores pet shops .

I took my son ? for a bath and tosa on the machine. I was well taken care of by Joice, the groomer did what I asked and Max wasn't afraid when I went to pick him up, which counts a lot! We'll be back soon
