★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma moleza sem tamanho. 08 guichês de atendimento e 06 pessoas na sua frente levam mais de 01h30 prs atender. Ainda não fui atendido completando uma hora e quarenta e cinco minutos. Se precisar ir lá, saiba que vai perder muito tempo.
An immeasurable piece of cake. 08 service desks and 06 people in front of you take more than 01:30 to attend. I still haven't been answered, completing an hour and forty-five minutes. If you need to go there, know that you're going to waste a lot of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência terrível! Funcionários totalmente descomprometido com os clientes. Parece mais um time de futebol, um passando a bola para o outro, não resolvem os casos a eles confiados. Fiz pagamento de todas as taxas exigidas dentro do meu processo e lá se arrasta sem qlqr responsabilidade do cartório para resolução. Jamais recomendarei esse CARTÓRIO para outra pessoa.
Terrible experience! Staff totally uncommitted to customers. It looks more like a football team, one passing the ball to the other, they don't solve the cases entrusted to them. I made payment of all fees required within my process and there it drags on without any responsibility of the notary's office for resolution. I will never recommend this REGISTRY OFFICE to anyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fora um homem que trabalha no atendimento na entrada, sem ser um senhorzinho que também fica atendendo que por sinal gente boa, só esse outro q é um cavalo, não olha se quer na sua cara para lhe informar algo. Os outros lá de dentro são mais humanos e até bem melhorzinho. Esse cara cavalo que foi super Rude com uma senhora, podia ser mandado embora e da lugar pra quem quer realmente trabalhar.
Apart from a man who works in attendance at the entrance, without being a little gentleman who is also attending that by the way good people, only this other q is a horse, he doesn't even look in your face to inform you of something. The others inside are more human and even better. This horse guy who was super Rude with a lady, could be sent away and give place to someone who really wants to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fecha às 16h, mas o rapaz da notificação só quer trabalhar até às 15:30, não quis atender mesmo eu tendo chegado dentro do horário do fechamento (16h). Um desrespeito total, pessoal, se atentem ao horário!
It closes at 4 pm, but the notification guy only wants to work until 3:30 pm, he didn't want to answer even though I arrived within closing time (4 pm). A total disrespect, folks, pay attention to the schedule!
