★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, muito ruim, horrível , pior cartório do Brasil, alô estado vamos fiscalizar melhor esses cartórios , local pequeno apertado, recado para algumas atendentes do cartório, TRABALHEM COM PRAZER E EDUCAÇÃO, se não gostam do que fazem seja pelo estresse ou pelo salário pedem pra sair e deixem a vaga para alguém que possa atender melhor....
Very bad, very bad, horrible, worst registry office in Brazil, hello state we are going to inspect these registry offices better, a tight little place, a message for some attendants at the registry office, WORK WITH PLEASURE AND EDUCATION, if they don't like what they do, either because of stress or because of the salary they ask for to leave and leave the place for someone who can serve you better ....

Local pequeno, abafado, os clientes tem que ficar em pé no corredor do prédio aguardando o atendimento, dão informações equivocadas, o tempo de espera é superior à 50 minutos independente do dia e horário; eu mesma já tive que aguardar 1:35h para ser atendida. As atendentes ficam batendo papo, param o atendimento para comprar lanche, vender rifas, etc... Não atendem o telefone. Total descaso com os clientes. É o tipo de prestador de serviço que só iremos contactar por falta de opção.
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE! Small, stuffy place, customers have to stand in the building's corridor waiting for the service, give wrong information, the waiting time is more than 50 minutes regardless of the day and time; I already had to wait 1: 35h to be attended. The attendants are chatting, stop the service to buy snacks, sell raffles, etc ... They don't answer the phone. Total neglect with customers. It is the type of service provider that we will only contact for lack of option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca atendem o telefone ta sempre ocupado deixam fora do gancho espaço apertadisimo abafado funcionárias batendo papo enquanto as pessoas estão esperando fora. Não recomendo
They never answer the phone, it's always busy. They leave off the hook space tight and stuffy female employees chatting while people are waiting outside. I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento de péssima qualidade. Só atendem com agendamento por telefone, que via de regra, fica fora do gancho. Funcionárias despreparadas e sem a mínima educação no trato com as pessoas. É assim que acontece quando se tem o monopólio. Gente ruim de serviço. Cartorio deveria ser fechado e dar oportunidade para quem realmente quer trabalhar.
Poor quality service. They only answer with an appointment by phone, which, as a rule, is off-hook. Unprepared employees and without the slightest education in dealing with people. That's how it happens when you have a monopoly. Bad service people. Notary's office should be closed and give opportunities to those who really want to work.
