★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O cartório fica dentro do Tropical Center no Recreio, logo o acesso é bem fácil. O cartório possui muitas salas e as coisas funcionam bem. Minha família já fez algumas negociações imobiliárias por lá e tudo foi simples e tranquilo.
The registry office is inside the Tropical Center in Recreio, so access is very easy. The notary has many rooms and things work well. My family has already done some real estate deals there and everything was simple and smooth.
