Recomendo o lugar.
Local de fácil acesso e adaptado para deficientes físicos, pois conta com elevador.

Na primeira vez, antes da pandemia, uma fila gigantesca, muitas pessoas em pé, pq não havia mais cadeiras para sentar e vários funcionários em conversas particulares, rindo e sem se preocupar com o atendimento às pessoas. Esperei 2h para tirar só uma cópia autenticada.
Tentei uma segunda e última vez, o atendimento foi pior ainda!!!! Precisava abrir firma e reconhecer minha assinatura (o que eu acho totalmente desnecessário, mas ok), a atendente pegou o documento leu, perguntou meu estado civil, que estava claro no documento, respondi que sou divorciada, pediu meu documento de identidade, entreguei e ela me disse com tod agressora e jogando meus documentos que eu precisava levar a certidão de casamento original com a averbação. Quer dizer que meu RG recente não é válido e sem me dar alternativas, empurrou o documento e disse próximo.
Não recomendo esse lugar, atendimento péssimo, sem respeito ao cidadão e sem educação.

The first time, before the pandemic, there was a huge line, many people standing, because there were no more chairs to sit and several employees had private conversations, laughing and not worrying about serving people. I waited 2 hours to get only a certified copy.
I tried a second and last time, the service was even worse!!!! I needed to sign up and recognize my signature (which I think is totally unnecessary, but ok), the attendant took the document, read it, asked my marital status, which was clear on the document, I replied that I am divorced, asked for my identity document, handed it over and she told me with every aggressor and throwing my documents that I needed to bring the original marriage certificate with the registration. It means that my recent ID is not valid and without giving me alternatives, he pushed the document and said next.
I don't recommend this place, terrible service, no respect for the citizen and no education.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendida em menos de uma hora num momento em que haviam muitas pessoas. O atendimento foi muito bom, organizado, e todos foram simpáticos. Seguem os critérios de segurança. Fiquei com medo do número de avaliações negativas, mas não condizem com minha experiência.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho que não falta dinheiro p vcs deixarem o site com os horários de atendimento atualizados. Atrasei no meu emprego p dar com a cara na porta de com um aviso de fechado, espero que vcs não tenham prejuízo com a folha de papel utilizada. Ligar é sempre perca de tempo, nunca atendem! Não vejo a hora dos cartórios serem extintos, caro, arcaico e péssimo atendimento!
