★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O cartório tem bastante movimentação de pessoas porém achei que o atendimento foi rápido. Muitas pessoas tem reclamado da demora no atendimento e da falta de cortesia das atendentes porém fui atendido em 20 minutos por uma funcionária muito educada. É difícil encontrar vaga de estacionamento nas proximidades e os flanelinhas tomaram conta das ruas próximas. Aceita cartão de débito.

Bad tempered attendants with no rude manners.the cashier didn't seem to have had breakfast aff.how do people like that want to work with the public outside the ones who were inside just complaining about the number of people in the place. and the funniest thing was that it was only 9:30 just opened .comlicado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero deixar aqui a minha insatisfação, o atendimento é demorado devido as atendentes que ficam conversando e rindo enquanto a fila vai dando voltas, e também quero falar que eles não quiseram reconhecer firma do meu recibo simplesmente porque tinha uma letra a menos no meu nome, quando o mesmo tinha todos os meu dados corretos como CPF endereço etc.. já vi casos parecidos com outras pessoas e o problema é a má vontade dos funcionários desse cartório porque em outros cartórios eles reconhece firma sem problema nenhum !
I want to leave my dissatisfaction here, the service is slow due to the attendants who keep talking and laughing while the line goes round, and I also want to say that they did not want to notarize my receipt simply because there was one less letter in my name, when he had all my correct data such as CPF address etc.. I've seen similar cases with other people and the problem is the unwillingness of the employees of this notary because in other notaries they recognize the firm without any problem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilizei o cartório para emitir a certidão de nascimento da minha filha, já fui preparada pra passar raiva com a demora mas o processo foi surpreendentemente muito rápido!
Ao chegar, deram a informação de que registros eram feitos no andar de cima. Único problema era o elevador quebrado e eu recém operada de cesariana precisei subir com a bebê recém nascida de escada...
Ao pedir informação, a funcionária sauu do posto dela pra pegar a senha correta, proativa pq se fosse outra teria só indicado.
Havia duas senhas na minha frente, porém com vários guichês atendendo, já fui logo chamada.
A funcionária atendeu muito bem e com clareza de informações.
O processo todo durou no máximo meia hora.
Tbm não deram nem um saquinho ou envelope pra guardar a certidão, só ofereceram uma capinha feia lá pra comprar. Se eu não tivesse levado uma pasta chegaria em casa com a folha amassada já.

There were two passwords in front of me, but with several counters working, I was called right away.
The employee responded very well and with clear information.
The entire process took at most half an hour.
Also, they didn't even give a bag or envelope to keep the certificate, they just offered an ugly cover there to buy. If I hadn't brought a folder I would have arrived home with the sheet already crumpled.
