★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em dezembro de 2018 deixei um notebook Samsung, que foi diagnosticado, fazer formatação e instalação do sistema, paguei pela instalação, dodo windows, office, etc. Com 6 meses o office ficou solicitando a chave, quando tive oportunidade, levei e o mesmo queria mais R$100,00, para colocar a chave argumentando que teria que reinstalar quando na verdade é só colocar a chave, no entanto quanto a outro notebook que tinha 2 meses que que eles haviam substituído o HD e feito a mesma operação(instalação de sistema e office), e o windows solicitou a chave aí em 10 minutos ele colocou, moral da história fica esperto, pra não comprar gato por lebre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mão de obra cara, tela cara, sem ser fosca (Não é original) e o pior de tudo, pouco tempo de garantia (03 meses). Não recomendo, indico que busquem um técnico de informática e comprem a tela, que é igual, no mercado livre, que sairá 3x mais barato.
Expensive labor, expensive canvas, without being dull (Not original) and worst of all, little warranty time (03 months). I don't recommend it, I recommend that they look for a computer technician and buy the screen, which is the same, on the free market, which will be 3x cheaper.
