★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja possui várias opções e atendimento excelente. Mas uma observação foi que ganhei uma bolsa de aniversário e não podia trocar por outro produto que não fosse da promoção . Mesmo eu querendo pagar a diferença na troca, a funcionária disse que não podia. Achei isso um absurdo, algo discriminante pois não havia gostado do que ganhei então não poderia trocar, se não fosse o que eles ofereciam na promoção da vitrine e o valor que restou não podiam me dar um crédito . Fica meu registro e alerta.
The store has several options and excellent service. But an observation was that I got a birthday bag and I couldn't exchange it for another product that wasn't on the promotion. Even though I wanted to pay the difference in exchange, the employee said she couldn't. I thought this was absurd, something discriminating because I didn't like what I got so I couldn't exchange it, if it wasn't for what they offered in the window promotion and the amount that was left they couldn't give me a credit.
