★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, sem falta de educação do atendente , nunca mais coloco meus pés nesse lugar. Além de tudo cobra um valor absurdo por orsamento não aprovado, como se o cliente fosse obrigado a consertar com eles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devido a quebra de minha tela, pesquisei o local mais próximo que trabalhasse com essa parte de computador, e acabei encontrando no Google o Hospital do Notebook para minha infelicidade. Encaminhei para o conserto que já demorou muito e quando chegou, a tela veio tremendo, devido a necessidade de realizar um trabalho a longa distância e não ter sido retirado por minha pessoa, tive a necessidade de viajar e não conseguir levar minha máquina de volta. Quando retornei de viagem, levei a máquina até a loja e a resposta foi que eu teria que pagar mais R$600,00 pela troca, e como havia sido recente daria para fazer um desconto no valor de R$300,00. Além de tudo perderam o plug do mousse do meu computador e vieram me acusar de não ter entregue com o plug.
