Não faço questão em responder diretamente para quem fez esse tipo de comentário que consta, prefiro em dar explicação aos demais clientes que chegarem a ler este absurdo de alguém em querer denegrir a imagem da empresa .
Fica meio complicado em considerar uma pessoa que se dirige a nós com palavras de baixo nível e ofensivas certo. E (tendo tudo registrado para qualquer esclarecimento) O fato é que sempre foi atendido com muita atenção e principalmente respeito em que temos com todos os clientes. Somente pelo motivo de precaução da empresa em não receber aparelhos ( deixando claro ) que (dependendo do modelo marca e idade do aparelho) Levando em questão sobre peças que também constam já como indisponíveis e por aparelhos que já estiveram em outras varias assistências técnicos etc.. que fica difícil em saber . E não podemos nos responsabilizarmos em resolver problemas de terceiros que temos como experiências passadas que as vezes retornam com mais defeitos do que no orçamento anterior passado e ficando complicado para ambas as partes. Dependendo não ficando mais viável até mesmo o conserto do aparelho . OBRIGADO !!

It gets kind of complicated to consider a person who addresses us with low-level and offensive words right. And (having everything registered for any clarification) The fact is that it has always been attended with a lot of attention and especially respect in which we have with all customers. Only for the reason of the company's precaution in not receiving devices (making it clear) that (depending on the model, brand and age of the device) Taking into account about parts that are also already unavailable and for devices that have already been in other technical assistance etc. that is hard to know. And we cannot be responsible for solving problems of third parties that we have as past experiences that sometimes return with more defects than in the previous budget and getting complicated for both parties. Depending on it, even fixing the device is no longer viable. THANK YOU !!
