★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos o sat da tanka e para concluir a instalacao precisamos entrar em contato mas acontece que a empresa nao tem telefone, agendamos o atendimento pelo site da super copa porem nao entraram em contato conosco, ate com a contabilidade de vcs eu ja entrei em contato solicitando retorno porem a atendente anotou o telefone e disse que ia pedir pra retornar e sem sucesso o que devo fazer?? Ir ate a empreaa pra conseguir falar ????
 We bought the tanka sat and to complete the installation we need to get in touch but it turns out that the company does not have a phone, we schedule the service through the super cup website but they didn’t contact us, even with the accounting of you guys I already got in touch requesting return however the attendant wrote down the phone and said she was going to ask to return and without success what should i do ?? Go to the company to be able to talk ????

I bought a printer in January, the printer had a problem, I need the serial number of the device because it did not come on the invoice, the company does not provide a phone number, the site does not support customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos uma impressora Bematech MP-4200 TH No mercado livre no dia 13/04/2021 e enviaram a Bematech MP-4200 TH HUB, entramos em contato pelo ML e até hj não fomos respondidos, tudo bem, a impressora funcionava pelo menos.
Em um pouco mais de um mês de uso, a mesma parou de imprimir.
Levamos an autorizada, porém não pode ser feito o reparo usando a garantia, pois não consta o número de série da impressora na nota fiscal.
Essa empresa não se acha telefone, e-mail, nada.
Fizemos um agendamento de atendimento pelo sites deles e até agora não tivemos resposta de nada.
We bought a Bematech MP-4200 TH printer In the open market on 13/04/2021 and they sent the Bematech MP-4200 TH HUB, we got in touch through the ML and until today we were not answered, ok, the printer was working at least.
In a little over a month of use, it stopped printing.
We carry an authorized service, but the repair cannot be done using the warranty, as the printer's serial number is not included on the invoice.
This company does not find phone, email, nothing.
We made an appointment for service through their websites and so far we haven't had any response.

E agora a empresa não quer fazer a manutenção por não constar o número de série na nota fiscal... já tentei ligar algumas vezes no telefone que deixaram em um dos comentários aqui no Google para conseguir o número de serie mas diz que não está disponível
I bought 2 elgin I9 printers on the free market and both are having problems printing. And now the company doesn't want to do the maintenance because the serial number doesn't appear on the invoice... I've already tried to call the phone a few times they left in one of the comments here on Google to get the serial number but it says it's not available
