★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui levar minha sogra para uma aula experimental, onde tal experiência me fez mudar de academia. Uma senhora de 82 anos que caminha com bengala,entra em uma aula de hidroginástica e a professora se quer faz as perguntas básicas ou apresenta pra as duas alunas que estavam na piscina. E assim o que classificam como aula segue, sem nenhuma metodologia,critério. Era uma sessão de bate papo sobre ¨Panetones¨. Não contive minha indignação e me dirigi a recepção onde um Sr se apresentou como responsável e reclamei ,pois não houve uma anaminese, ninguém me pediu o atestado médico para entrar na piscina, achei um descaso com a aluna nova que se quer acompanhava aqueles exercícios sem nenhuma sequencia ou sincronização.Em fim, falta de profissionalismo, ele foi irônico quando eu disse que senti uma falta de tato.Após isso ainda considei em fazer a próxima aula , pois ele disse que iria falar com ela. Mas para minha surpresa ao chegar na quinta feira para aula que é pré agendada, a recepcionista me informou que não iria ter aula e que esqueceu de nos avisar! Além do deslocamento, pois temos que ir de carro, pagar estacionamento e a dificuldade da minha sogra em caminhar,a frustração para ela que se programou para a aula que é uma novidade em sua vida após 6 meses se recuperando de uma cirurgia o descaso e nem se quer um pedido de desculpas! Lamentável.

In the end, lack of professionalism, he was ironic when I said I felt a lack of tact. After that I still considered taking the next class because he said he would talk to her. But to my surprise on arriving on Thursday for a pre-scheduled class, the receptionist informed me that she would not have class and forgot to let us know! Besides the displacement, because we have to go by car, pay parking and the difficulty of my mother-in-law to walk, the frustration for her that was scheduled for class that is new in her life after 6 months recovering from surgery the neglect and You don't even want an apology! Unfortunate.

Resolvi buscar o número da academia onde nado para remarcar uma aula que perdi, então entrei no Google, quando li uma postagem que me deixou abismado. Nado lá a mais de seis anos, já frequentei todos os horários possíveis e jamais presenciei qualquer atividade de desrespeito ou discussão tanto relativo à funcionários como alunos também. O ambiente é bastante tranquilo e o gerente é uma pessoa amável e muito atenciosa. Entre todos os funcionários há um clima quase familiar. Fiquei indignado pois um comentário maldoso é leviano desse só pode ser inventado. Se duvidam vão até lá e pergunte à qualquer um.

I decided to look for the number of the gym where I swim to reschedule a class I missed, so I Googled it, when I read a post that stunned me. I've been swimming there for more than six years, I've attended all the possible schedules and I've never witnessed any disrespectful activity or discussion regarding both staff and students alike. The atmosphere is quite peaceful and the manager is a kind and very attentive person. Among all the employees there is an almost family atmosphere. I was outraged because a malicious comment is frivolous like that can only be invented. If in doubt, go there and ask anyone.
