★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já utilizei umas 4 vezes dos serviços desta empresa , e SUPER RECOMENTO!!!!, muito honestos !!!!, a pouco menos de 1 mês, levei uma panela de arroz a vapor de uma Marca cara Japonesa !, eu tinha certeza que estava queimada ! , para minha Surpresa me ligaram dizendo que poderia buscar pois foram feitos todos os testes e estava funcionando perfeitamente!, Olha jamais achei que não havia queimado, o que fosse cobrado eu iria pagar , mesmo porque eu não levaria em outro lugar !!!. Muito corretos, não cobraram nada e foram verdadeiros, justos , honestissimos !!!. Está empresa merece só SUCESSO E VIDA LONGA E MUITAS NOVAS UNIDADES!!!!, pois hj em dia só o que vejo é PÉSSIMO atendimento e Safadeza!!!!. CONSERMARQ MOGI PLAZA??????NOTA 1000.
 I have already used 4 times of the services of this company, and SUPER RECOMMENDATION!!!!, very honest!!!!, just under 1 month ago, I took a steaming rice cooker from an expensive Japanese brand!, I was sure that it was burned! , to my surprise they called me saying I could search because all the tests were done and it was working perfectly! Look, I never thought it had burned, whatever was charged I would pay, even because I wouldn't take it anywhere else !!!. Very correct, they didn't charge anything and were true, fair, honest !!!. This company deserves only SUCCESS AND LONG LIFE AND MANY NEW UNITS!!!!, because today all I see is TERRIBLE service and Naughtiness!!!!. CONSERMARQ MOGI PLAZA??????NOTA 1000.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiver um problema com a Arno, levei o produto ate esta loja, hoje quando fui buscar a moça que me atendeu foi a mesma que me atendeu no dia, mas tinha uma outra vendedora , sem nenhum pingo de educação, e foi irônica com o meu caso, fora as informações desencontrada. Dei uma estrela, mas acho que eles deveriam rever os atendentes pois ninguém vai lá pedir favor, estamos pagando pelo serviço o minimo que precisamos é de pessoas bem educadas nos atendendo.
