★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os donos são simpáticos e prestam um bom atendimento, porém achamos o serviço pouco profissional.
O material não vem adequadamente embalado e tivemos problemas durante a montagem, entrega com itens faltantes e montagem do móvel errado, completamente fora das dimensões do banheiro, gerando atraso na conclusão, tivemos que aguardar a fabricação do certo para posterior montagem (enquanto isso nossa cozinha e banheiro incompletos ) gerando desconforto.
Os montadores parecem ser amadores, deixaram diversas imperfeições principalmente no acabamento dos moveis.
Estamos com um problema no móvel do banheiro até hoje, não conseguimos fechar uma das gavetas por completo e não vimos preocupação em resolver.
Se fossem mais profissionais e tivessem um acabamento bom não perderiam tantos novos negócios (05 famílias já nos pediram indicação e não sentimos confiança em indicar, logo perderam 04 casas completas).
Só não foi mais frustrante pois vamos nos mudar e alugar o imóvel, mas infelizmente não terei confiança em fechar os moveis da minha nova casa.
The owners are friendly and provide good service, but we found the service unprofessional.
The material is not properly packaged and we had problems during assembly, delivery with missing items and assembly of the wrong furniture, completely outside the dimensions of the bathroom, causing a delay in completion, we had to wait for the manufacture of the right one for subsequent assembly (in the meantime, our kitchen and incomplete bathroom ) causing discomfort.
The assemblers seem to be amateurs, they left several imperfections mainly in the finishing of the furniture.
We still have a problem with the bathroom furniture, we couldn't close one of the drawers completely and we didn't see any concern about solving it.
If they were more professional and had a good finish, they wouldn't lose so many new businesses (05 families have already asked us for an appointment and we don't feel confident in recommending them, so they lost 04 complete houses).
It just wasn't more frustrating because we're moving and renting the property, but unfortunately I won't have the confidence to close the furniture in my new house.

Combinaram prazo de 2 meses a entrega.
Pagamento à vista dia 2/09 e até hoje dia 18/2/22 não foi feito entrega.
Não cumprem prazo, toda vez que marca é uma desculpa.
Não recomendo.
Só quero ver a qualidade dos móveis.
They do not meet the delivery deadline.
They agreed to take 2 months to deliver.
Payment in cash on the 2/09 and until today on the 18/2/22 no delivery has been made.
They don't meet deadlines, every time they make a mark it's an excuse.
I do not recommend.
I just want to see the quality of the furniture.

Já vou começar com a verdade: não percam tempo tentando fechar com essa loja!
No início, tudo maravilhoso, estranhei a demora em responder, mas tudo bem. Quando chegou a entrega e montagem, as dores de cabeça começaram:
Móveis mal acabados
Planejados, porém não couberam no espaço medido
Estou com uma cama infantil há 6 meses q não foi finalizada, a criança está dormindo num colchão no chão.
Vocês apareceram pra terminar o trabalho? Eles também não.
Não respondem em lugar NENHUM, não atendem ligação e pra fechar com chave de ouro
INSTAGRAM BLOQUEADO PARA COMENTÁRIOS.
Eu devia ter começado a desconfiar dessa empresa quando vi q não tinha transparência em sua página na internet, bloqueando comentários.
Enfim, procurem outro profissional, outra empresa. Não percam tempo.

That was my worst experience!
I'll start with the truth: don't waste time trying to close this store!
In the beginning, everything was wonderful, I was surprised the delay in answering, but that's okay. When it came to delivery and assembly, the headaches started:
Poorly finished furniture
Planned, but did not fit in the measured space
I've had a child's bed for 6 months that wasn't finished, the child is sleeping on a mattress on the floor.
Did you show up to finish the job? Neither do they.
They don't answer ANYWHERE, don't answer calls and to close with a golden key
INSTAGRAM BLOCKED FOR COMMENTS.
I should have started to distrust this company when I saw that it had no transparency on its website, blocking comments.
Anyway, look for another professional, another company. Don't waste time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente o pagamento do serviço foi feito como estipulado em contrato, 50% antes e 50% uma semana antes da entrega.
No dia combinado, a marcenaria teve um problema com o montador e remarcou, tudo bem, imprevistos acontecem.
No dia da montagem o montador chegou com as peças com numerações todas erradas e tiveram que aguardar o dono chegar com o projeto. Falaram que terminariam em um dia, não conseguiram por erro da marcenaria e tiveram que voltar em outra data.
Montaram a adega e o montador avisou que uma parte ele voltaria no dia seguinte para arrumar, já que ficou com acabamento ruim. A gaveta também quando abre, não fecha sem ter que levantar a de cima.
Por fim montaram a cama do quarto do meu filho e por incrível que pareça uma cama com 1,50cm não tinha escada e muito menos proteção. Entrei em contato e a dona me informa que eu teria dito que compraria uma escada móvel, neguei que nunca nem tinham cogitado dessa escada e em seguida ela afirmou que eu tinha mandado uma foto sem escada. De início até cogitei a ideia de ter mandado uma foto se exemplo sem escada, mas achei a foto com escada e mesmo assim nada foi resolvido. 3 meses se passaram e nada de satisfações. Meu filho não dorme na cama, nos dias de frio está dormindo no chão pois não tem como subir na cama e nem segurança para ficar em cima dela.
Fora o acabamento péssimo da cama.
Não respondem mais o meu número, somente o do meu marido e mesmo assim não solucionam o problema nunca.

They set up the cellar and the assembler warned that a part he would return the next day to clean, as it had a bad finish. When the drawer opens, it does not close without having to lift the top one.
Finally they set up the bed in my son's room and oddly enough, a 1.50cm bed didn't have a ladder and much less protection. I got in touch and the owner informs me that I would have said that I would buy a mobile ladder, I denied that they had never even considered this ladder and then she said that I had sent a photo without a ladder. At first I even considered the idea of sending a photo of an example without a ladder, but I found the photo with a ladder and even so nothing was resolved. 3 months have passed and no satisfactions. My son does not sleep in bed, on cold days he is sleeping on the floor because he has no way to climb into bed and there is no security to stay on top of it.
Aside from the poor finish of the bed.
They no longer answer my number, only my husband's, and even so they never solve the problem.
