★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza é excelente, não tenho o que reclamar, tudo feito com a mais alta qualidade, pelo menos todas que comprei vieram assim. Pontos negativos: O atendimento é ruim, como dito logo abaixo, não sabem reter clientes. O tratamento é robotizado.
No mês de Setembro, estavam com promoção de R$ 50 reais, qualquer pizza premium, pedi o valor de uma MEIO premium e MEIO mussarela e PASMEM, o valor ficou o preço ORIGINAL da premium, R$ 60 reais, ou seja, pra sair mais barato tem que pedir a Premium inteira, se for meio premium meio pizza mais barata o valor aumenta, qual a lógica disso? Enfim, pedi para cancelar o pedido e ainda sim a pizza foi enviada, como já havia solicitado em outra, acabei não me atentando e paguei acreditando ser a outra pizzaria e "por um erro de sistema seu pedido foi enviado". Sem comentários. Para se tornar a melhor pizzaria de Diadema, basta colocar pessoas educadas e que saibam tratar bem os clientes. Agora, estou pedindo em outra pizzaria SOMENTE pelo atendimento que é nota 10, ainda que a pizza não seja tão boa quanto a de vocês. Pelo atendimento ser tão importante quanto o produto, nota 5 para a pizza e 2 para o atendimento.

In September, they had a promotion of BRL 50 reais, any premium pizza, I asked for the value of a HALF premium and HALF mozzarella and PASMEM, the value was the ORIGINAL price of the premium, BRL 60 reais, that is, to leave cheaper you have to order the whole Premium, if it's half premium half cheaper pizza the value increases, what's the logic of that? Anyway, I asked to cancel the order and the pizza was still sent, as I had already requested in another one, I ended up not paying attention, believing it to be the other pizzeria and "due to a system error, your order was sent". No comments. To become the best pizzeria in Diadema, all you have to do is employ educated people who know how to treat customers well. Now, I'm ordering at another pizzeria ONLY for the service that is grade 10, even though the pizza is not as good as yours. Because the service is as important as the product, it scores 5 for pizza and 2 for service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizzaria já foi muito boa, mas nos últimos tempos a qualidade foi decaindo muito. Esses dias pedi uma pizza e a muçarela estava MUITO salgada. O visual das pizzas não anda muito bom também. Colocaram a culpa no fabricante do produto (e tudo bem), mas percebi que foi de uma forma que queriam se desviar da responsabilidade. E nesse dia estava com visita em casa, foi bem chato. Nunca mais compro e recomendo.
The pizzeria used to be very good, but in recent times the quality has gone downhill. These days I ordered a pizza and the mozzarella was VERY salty. The look of the pizzas is not very good either. They blamed the product manufacturer (and that was fine), but I realized that was in a way that they wanted to deflect responsibility. And that day I had a visitor at home, it was pretty boring. I will never buy again and recommend.

It is without a doubt the best pizzeria in Diadema. Always helpful and attentive. The taste of the pizzas is absurd. I recommend the 2 cheeses and the Tuscany.
