★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou bem frustrada, agendei minha avaliação para dia 6/10 \2020 aí a recepcionista me enviou mensagem falando que não poderia me atender no horário marcado e me ofereceu outros horários que não eram viáveis para mim e então foi sugerido reagendar para dia 8/10 ate aí ok, cheguei na clínica para ser atendida as 19h, o fato é que não fui atendida, quando ja eram 20h se quer fui chamada pela recepcionsita e quem me atendeu de forma totalmente mal educada e fria foi um homem que ficava na receção do prédio me falando que eu deveria me sentar e esperar até que eu pudesse ir para a sala da clínica, achei total falta de respeito e compromisso, pois, antes mesmo de confirmar meu horário.fui informada que a Nova Papel estava trabalhando com horários agendados e espaçados por conta do corona virus e não foi isto que observei. No mesmo horário que estava agendado para mim, tinham três pessoas, gente como agenda três pessoas juntas,não entendi. Frustrada total. Falta de comunicação, era só avisar com antecedência, eu não teria porblemas se fosse necessário reagendar , faltou mesmo.consideração.
I am very frustrated, I scheduled my evaluation for 6/10 \ 2020 then the receptionist sent me a message saying that she could not attend me at the scheduled time and offered me other times that were not feasible for me and then it was suggested to reschedule for 8/10 so far ok, i arrived at the clinic to be attended at 7 pm, the fact is that i was not attended, when it was already 8 pm i was called by the receptionist and the person who answered me in a totally rude and cold manner was a man who was at the reception building telling me that I should sit and wait until I can go to the clinic room, I found a total lack of respect and commitment, because even before I confirmed my schedule. I was informed that Nova Papel was working with scheduled times and spaced because of the corona virus and this is not what I observed. At the same time that was scheduled for me, there were three people, people like three people together, I didn't understand. Total frustrated. Lack of communication, it was just a matter of giving notice in advance, I would not have any problems if it was necessary to reschedule, it was missing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira consulta que fui: a consulta estava marcada para as 19h, agora são 20h46 e ainda não fui atendida. Eu tive que perguntar se era necessário o preenchimento de algum formulário. Sinceramente, quem tem duas horas para perder em sala de espera? Preferi ir embora.
First appointment I went: the appointment was scheduled for 19:00, now it's 20:46 and I still haven't been seen. I had to ask if it was necessary to fill in any form. Honestly, who has two hours to waste in the waiting room? I preferred to leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou indignada com a falta de profissionalismo da equipe do cirurgião plástica Ezio Carneiro, espero pela consulta que é paga (100 reais) dês do mês de abril, sendo remarcada por 3x, na terceira vez me mandaram uma mensagem na mesma semana dizendo que minha consulta havia sido remarcada mais uma vez (PELA QUARTA VEZ) a consulta seria na sexta, foi reagendada para quinta, tive que sair mais cedo do trabalho, mudar toda a minha programação com os meus filhos e escola, quando mandei mensagem avisando que me atrasaria 15 minutos EXATAMENTE PELA CORRERIA DE TER QUE MUDAR TUDO OQ JÁ HAVIA PROGRAMADO!! Minha consulta estava agendada para às 12:30 eu chegaria no máximo 12:45, a equipe me avisou que o médico não iria me esperar !! Depois de remarcarem comigo 4 VEZES, ele não poderia esperar a tolerância dos 15 minutos que é de praxe em qualquer estabelecimento !! Enfim, desmarquei a consulta (mais uma vez) e voltei pra casa, depois de perder tempo, combustível e meio dia de trabalho !! Aguardando dês de abril, eu já poderia ter operado com outro cirurgião, hoje sinto que apenas perdi tempo com um profissional anti ético !! Que brinca com os sonhos da gente, pois a ansiedade para fazer o procedimento é muito grande !! Faltou muito profissionalismo, EU NÃO RECOMENDO !!
I am outraged at the lack of professionalism of the team of plastic surgeon Ezio Carneiro, I wait for the appointment that is paid (100 reais) since April, being rescheduled for 3x, the third time they sent me a message in the same week saying that my appointment it had been rescheduled once again (FOR THE FOURTH TIME) the appointment would be on Friday, it was rescheduled for Thursday, I had to leave work early, change all my schedule with my children and school, when I sent a message saying I would be late 15 minutes EXACTLY DUE TO THE RUSH OF HAVING TO CHANGE EVERYTHING HAD ALREADY PROGRAMMED!! My appointment was scheduled for 12:30, I would arrive at the latest at 12:45, the staff warned me that the doctor would not wait for me !! After rescheduling with me 4 TIMES, he couldn't wait for the tolerance of 15 minutes that is usual in any establishment !! Anyway, I canceled the appointment (once more) and returned home, after wasting time, fuel and half a day of work !! Waiting since April, I could have operated with another surgeon, today I feel that I just wasted time with an unethical professional !! That plays with people's dreams, because the anxiety to undergo the procedure is very high !! It lacked a lot of professionalism, I DON'T RECOMMEND !!

Fiz minha cirurgia de redução da mama após emagrecer 28 kilos.
Dia 29 de dezembro de 2020, passei pelo procedimento no hospital San Gennaro na Paes de Barros e no dia 30 e 31 precisei retornar na clínica por conta de uma pequena complicação.
Obs, dia 31 ela foi até a clínica para apenas para poder ver minha incisão e de outra paciente.... ?? a clínica e todo o sistema se atendimento do prédio estava fechado pois era Ano novo.
Atendimento com muito profissionalismo, carinho e cuidado.
Tive alguns problemas no pós cirúrgico e rapidamente obtinha retorno por mensagem e por várias vezes, agendamento para retorno presencial, nunca deixaram de atender.
Vou fazer meu retoque na clínica e estou bem tranquila.
Super recomendo a clínica Nova Kapel. Estou bem feliz!??

On December 29, 2020, I underwent the procedure at San Gennaro Hospital in Paes de Barros and on December 30 and 31 I had to return to the clinic due to a minor complication.
Note, on the 31st, she went to the clinic just to see my incision and that of another patient.... The clinic and the entire system of care in the building were closed because it was New Year.
Service with great professionalism, affection and care.
I had some problems in the post-surgical period and I quickly got feedback by message and several times, scheduling for face-to-face feedback, they never stopped attending.
I'm going to do my retouching at the clinic and I'm very calm.
I highly recommend the Nova Kapel clinic. I'm really happy!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Começa pelo atendimento pra marcar uma consulta, não conseguimos marcar, a pessoa não dá informações, não sei porque tem whatsapp se não respondem. O bom é que o atendimento já é péssimo então o que se pode esperar do resto, já corta o mal pela raiz, vou é procurar outro lugar.
