Através da internet conheci a Tricomaster. Entrei no site em um momento desesperador que meu cabelo caia muito. Comecei o tratamento no dia seguinte e, por incrível que pareça, os resultados foram obtidos logo nas primeiras sessões. Estou muito feliz com o resultado. Todos os profissionais da Clínica são excelentes, lugar lindo e agradável, super recomendo. Equipe nota 1.000.

Iniciei imediatamente o tratamento e com 1 mês já obtive resultado positivo. Gostaria de agradecer a todos da clinica, desde a profissional da limpeza a equipe médica, e especialmente a equipe de enfermagem que são muito atenciosos e capacitados. Estou muito feliz com o resultado.
 I was at the clinic in June with a horrible hair loss !!! Where I was diagnosed with effluvium after dengue by Dr Gustavo. I started the treatment immediately and after 1 month I got a positive result. I would like to thank everyone at the clinic, from the cleaning professional to the medical team, and especially the nursing team, who are very attentive and capable. I am very happy with the result.

Clínica se recusou a agendar um retorno para minha consulta.
Depois de muitos questionamentos da minha parte, aceitaram agendar meu retorno, porém com outra médica e não com a médica, dona da clínica, que iniciei meu atendimento.
Eu tenho direito ao retorno em até 30 dias após a primeira consulta.
Se a médica não tem disponibilidade de agenda, infelizmente isso não é problema meu. A clínica tem que flexibilizar.
Detalhe: Liguei na clínica, fingindo tentar agendar uma nova consulta e a médica tinha disponibilidade para me atender 2 dias depois. Para agendar meu retorno, somente para 2 meses depois rsrsrs
Irônico não? Quando é dinheiro novo vocês tem disponibilidade?
Me senti extremamente ofendida e enganada!
Além disso, eles só oferecem pacotes fechados de tratamentos capilar, com 10-12 sessões. Caso você queira fechar menos sessões, para ir pagando as poucos, em um prazo de tempo maior, eles não flexibilizam e preferem que você não feche.
Dra. Luciane, você é da área da saúde. Espero de coração que aprenda a lidar com pessoas de forma mais humana.

Clinic refused to schedule a return for my appointment.
After many questions on my part, they agreed to schedule my return, but with another doctor and not with the doctor, owner of the clinic, who started my care.
I have the right to return within 30 days after the first consultation.

Precisei fazer uma troca de receita, procedimento que segundo eles próprios é sim possível de realizar, vide as mensagens automáticas que recebi sobre essa possibilidade, via WhatsApp. Como não fui atendido por esse canal, liguei na clinica e falei com Jaqueline, expliquei a situação e combinamos para ela me desse um retorno no dia 16/05, o que não ocorreu; ou seja, não fui atendido por duas vezes. Mesmo cientes da minha manifestação aqui no Google não me ligaram ou responderam minha mensagem para então chegarmos à um consenso. O tratamento foi dito que era continuo, dispensando assim consultas recorrentes pelo prazo mencionado por eles aqui nessa manifestação, até porquê estamos em meio à uma pandemia. Sem mais.

Even aware of my manifestation here on Google, they didn't call me or respond to my message so we can reach a consensus. The treatment was said to be continuous, thus dispensing with recurrent consultations for the period mentioned by them here in this manifestation, even because we are in the middle of a pandemic. No further.
