Até o momento não conhecia a Nova Opção. Conhecia somente uma outra locadora que não tive boas experiências.
Procurei na internet e achei essa empresa maravilhosa.
Gostei dos valores mostrado no site e reservei.
Na manhã seguinte o Luigi, mandou mensagem confirmando a reserva, mandei os documentos pelo zap... e pediu para eu esperar a análise dos documentos antes de retirar o veículo.( facilita muito porque não perdemos tempo indo na empresa para não ser aprovado). Em torno de meia hora foi aprovado e fui retirar o veículo com minha mãe na empresa. Desde o primeiro momento, gostamos muito do atendimento, da facilidade da contratação, da humildade e simplicidade do colaborador Luiggi que nos atendeu muito bem.
Já experimentei várias outras locadoras presentes no mercado. Essa foi a melhor que tive afinidade e gostei muito.
Recomendo muito para quem gosta de competência e excelente atendimento.
Com certeza quando precisar de novo dos serviços da Nova opção, sem sombra nenhuma voltarei nela.

I needed to book a car on 04/09/2022 because my car was rear-ended.
Until now, I didn't know about the New Option. I only knew one other rental company that I didn't have good experiences with.
I searched the internet and found this wonderful company.
I liked the values shown on the website and booked.
The next morning Luigi sent a message confirming the reservation, I sent the documents via zap... and asked me to wait for the analysis of the documents before removing the vehicle. . In about half an hour it was approved and I went to pick up the vehicle with my mother at the company. From the first moment, we really liked the service, the ease of hiring, the humility and simplicity of the employee Luiggi who served us very well.
I've tried several other rental companies on the market. This was the best I've ever had and I really liked it.
I highly recommend it to anyone who likes competence and excellent service.
For sure when I need the services of the New option again, without a shadow of a doubt I will return to it.
