★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é ótimo mas só quando vc vai comprar pq o meu o óculos deu defeito e fui até a ótica para consertar e fui super mal tratada pela gerência uma tal de Fernanda q não tem competência nenhuma para gerência, super descontrolada por sinal .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra eu fazer o óculos prometeu um monte de benefícios,disseram q na compra do óculos ganharia um esporte gratis,tudo mentira hoje fui buscar o óculos quando perguntei pelo o outro disse q eu tive direito ao exame,e não ao óculos gratis. E a atendente Deise no primeiro dia me tratou super bem depois nem olhou na minha cara e apesar d vender caro. Estou decepcionada.

No ato da compra fiz um acordo verbal com a vendedora Deise, que só compraria se eles mandassem entregar no meu endereço. Ela me garantiu a entrega, disse que era comum eles entregar em domicílio, no entanto, já faz quase dois meses e ainda não entregaram meus óculos. Além do mais, sempre que ligo sou mal atendido. Acabei de falar com a moça do caixa por nome de “Carol” e fui muito mal atendido. Funcionários muito despreparados, não atendem bem e prometem o que nao podem cumprir so para fazer a venda.
NÃO RECOMENTO NOVA ÓTICA DA CALÇADA A NINGUÉM.
Horrible experience. I bought two glasses, a sun rayban is a degree rayban. At the time of purchase, I made a verbal agreement with the seller Deise, who would only buy if they sent it to my address. She guaranteed me delivery, said it was common for them to deliver at home, however, it's been almost two months and they still haven't delivered my glasses. Besides, whenever I call I get poor service. I just spoke to the girl at the cashier by the name of “Carol” and I was very poorly attended. Very unprepared employees, do not serve well and promise what they cannot deliver just to make the sale.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND A NEW VIEW OF THE SIDEWALK TO ANYONE.
