★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei o serviço desta empresa no dia 12/12/2019 no dia 18/12/2019 minha laje já apresentava problemas, está toda rachada e com à malha que vai em cima do isopor exposta em alguns pontos paguei 5.000,00 na laje pra fazer um péssimo serviço, como falei no dia 18/12/2019 entrei em contato com a requerida e está ficou me enrolando e mandou um técnico somente seis nesses depois da minha solicitação, o técnico apenas disse que o concreto não é um produto impermeável e que a melhor solução pra minha laje seria o nivelamento e aplicação de contra piso, enfim descaso com o cliente e conheço pelo menos dois amigos que tiveram o mesmo problema.
I hired the service of this company on 12/12/2019 on 12/18/2019 my slab already had problems, it is all cracked and with the mesh that goes on top of the styrofoam exposed in some points I paid 5,000.00 on the slab to make a terrible service, as I said on 12/18/2019 I got in touch with the defendant and he kept getting involved and sent a technician only six of them after my request, the technician just said that the concrete is not a waterproof product and that the best solution for my slab would be the leveling and application of the underfloor, in short neglect with the client and I know at least two friends who had the same problem.
