Cancelei o plano anual em Setembro, fiz carta solicitando cancelamento e além de continuarem cobrando, ainda não me estornaram os valores. A academia não devolveu o dinheiro, prejudicam o cliente. Reitero um comentário anterior, NUNCA passem um cartão nessa empresa!!!. Respeito zero ao cliente!!
Além de tudo, não tem nenhum canal de comunicação que funcione. Péssima!!
Bad experience.
I canceled the annual plan in September, I wrote a letter requesting cancellation and in addition to continuing to charge, I have not yet refunded the amounts. The academy did not return the money, they hurt the client. I reiterate a previous comment, NEVER pass a card on this company !!!. Zero respect for the customer !!
After all, there is no communication channel that works. Terrible !!

Stretching classes and Pilates with teacher Bruna are wonderful. The bathroom almost never has water in the sinks. Bodybuilding with good equipment. Friendly professionals.

Todos os dias estou lá num curto período de tempo, mas é sempre muito bom esse momento do meu dia. Trabalhar em um lugar assim é ser abençoado.
What strikes me the most is the energy that the gym has. I'm a Personal Trainer, I've been to many gyms. The union of the Professors, the students, the coordination is wonderful. Every day I'm there for a short period of time, but that moment of my day is always very good. To work in such a place is to be blessed.
