 Sometimes there are lines and the service chokes but I don't know of laboratories with superior service.

Very well attended at our first ultrasound. Treats and a special affection from the service to the delivery of the exams. We had an excellent experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é muito precário. Eu fui a primeira vez para nunca mais. Me furaram duas vezes e na segunda minha veia não aguentou e estourou. É muito despreparo na coleta. A responsável pela unidade Thaís também não resolve nada. Fujam dessa unidade do Labs. Sem condições meu braço ficou dormente, inchado e roxo por uma semana!!
The service is very poor. I went the first time ever again. They pierced me twice and the second time my vein couldn't take it and burst. It is very unprepared in the collection. The person in charge of the Thais unit doesn't solve anything either. Run away from this Labs unit. Without conditions my arm was numb, swollen and purple for a week!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu acabo vindo pq é perto de casa, mas é sempre uma experiência LASTIMÁVEL. O atendimento administrativo é bom, mas a coleta.... Se quiser alguém rápido e prestativo, reze!
Elas atendem beeeeeeem devagar, não tem a menor consciência de que as pessoas tem mais o que fazer, trabalham, etc. Isso sem contar do mau humor. Sinceramente, lamentável.
Se você leu até aqui e gostou da avaliação, deixa um “GOSTEI” alí embaixo pra contribuir com a conta, vai? Não te custa nada e você valoriza a pessoa que dedicou tempo a avaliar o estabelecimento. Obrigada!!!
I end up coming because it's close to home, but it's always a PILLY experience. The administrative service is good, but the collection.... If you want someone quick and helpful, pray!
They serve you beeeeeee slowly, they're not at all aware that people have more to do, work, etc. Not to mention the bad mood. Honestly, sorry.

Hoje era pra eu ter sido atendida as 9h35m. São 12h22m agora e não faço ideia de quando vou conseguir ser atendida.
Aqui não tem responsabilidade e respeito pelo seu tempo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, completamente desorganizados. Exame marcado e mesmo depois de passar pela recepcionista e ser encaminhada ao andar do exame, minha ficha não estava no local. Absurdo!
Terrible service, completely disorganized. Exam scheduled and even after going through the receptionist and being sent to the exam floor, my file was not there. Absurd!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento administrativo é rápido porém quem faz a coleta não tem condição nenhuma. Não acha a veia. Após a coleta nem um café, nem um biscoito… minha mãe de 84 anos em jejum e teve que esperar até chegar em casa para comer e com o braço doendo. Não volto mais.
Administrative service is fast, but whoever does the collection has no condition. Can't find the vein. After the collection, not even a coffee, not a cookie… my 84-year-old mother fasted and had to wait until she got home to eat and her arm hurt. I won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profissionais cordiais mas tanto lá quanto por telefone passam de forma precária as informações sobre entrega de exames. Fiz RNM e não recebi papel de protocolo nem perguntaram se queria as imagens impressas, diferente de outra unidade labs que fui. Falaram que era só ir para pegar. Liguei depois perguntando se as imagens estavam prontas e disseram que sim. Chegando lá recebo só um CD. Questionei e disseram que eu tinha que pedir e ficaria pronto em 5 dias. Por que não falaram isso em momento nenhum quando perguntei????? Péssimo!!!
Cordial professionals, but both there and by phone, pass on information about the delivery of exams in a precarious way. I did an MRI and I didn't receive a protocol paper nor did they ask if I wanted the printed images, unlike another labs unit I went to. They said it was just going to get it. I called later asking if the images were ready and they said yes. When I get there, I only get a CD. I asked and they said I had to order it and it would be ready in 5 days. Why didn't they say that at any time when I asked????? Terrible!!!
