★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imobiliaria para fechar o contrato é boa, porém na devolução deixa a desejar, ficou combinado da imobiliaria desligar minha conta de energia e abater no valor de devolução, porém não fizeram e 2 dois meses não fizeram e a enel me liga falando que a conta esta em atraso e ligo lá para resolver são super grossos e não te ajudam, falam uma coisa e dizem que não falaram
