★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ao cliente ineficiente, os "atendentes" são absolutamente despreparados, após diversas tentativas de contato telefônico, os mesmos não sabem sequer o paradeiro da sua mercadoria, as datas ou horários de chegada/saída de sua entrega. ou seja : Utilizem outra transportadora.
Inefficient customer service, the "attendants" are absolutely unprepared, after several attempts of telephone contact, they do not even know the whereabouts of your goods, the dates or arrival / departure times of your delivery. ie: Use another carrier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Empresa totalmente irresponsável quanto a prazos de entrega das mercadorias. Não tem o mínimo respeito pelo destinatário, nem pela empresa contratante. Não a contrate se não deseja se aborrecer, se não trabalha para perder dinheiro e clientes, arduamente conquistados. Não permita que seus fornecedores enviem mercadorias pela mesma.

Precisei tentar diversas vezes, até conseguir contato. Como alguém consegue trabalhar assim???
