★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo, utilizando ainda porque é a unica que atente a localidade que eu moro, mas não recomendo a ninguém, inclusive se alguém estiver interessado em colocar uma internet de qualidade em boca da mata vai ganhar vários clientes, uma dica, ninca oferecer um serviço que não tem a capacidade de dar manutenção . Atendimento ao cliente é rudo, coisa que essa empresa rem falhado muito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Essa internet é um excelente instrumento meteorológico. Ao menor sinal de chuva, ela cai. O custo-benefício é baixo, pois apesar dos planos terem preços razoáveis, não compensa a raiva que irá passar com a queda de conexão constante.

Fico mais de 30 minutos na espera e nenhuma atendente me atende!!!!!! Horrível não recomendo pra ninguém. Só não cancelo por causa do contrato!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço, a conexão cai todos os dias, o atendimento é péssimo. Ainda não troquei pq, infelizmente fiz o contrato com fidelidade de um ano. Hoje mesmo, 10.09, já temos 8h sem internet. A previsão era voltar até as 18h e até agora nada. Terrível.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não estou ficando satisfeito com a qualidade de servido do mesmo, neste momento pandêmico onde temos que, ter aulas on-line, a empresa tem deixado a desejar com a péssima qualidade de internet. Perdi duas aulas on-line e uma reunião , pois a internet cai praticamente todos os dias. Entrei em contato com eles , e lá estava mais uma irresponsabilidade com o cliente, 3 dias para dar o retorno ou alguma posição referente ao suporte da internet. Não indico para ninguém, pois, infelizmente a irresponsabilidade da empresa tem sido maior do que o comprometimento para conosco. Desejo melhorias pois dessa maneira, está difícil manter vínculos com vocês! Grato.

Hoje descobrir que a empresa já tem internet de fibra. E o pacote é Mais em conta que o meu que uso a cabo.
Cliente desde a abertura e nem mesmo me ofereceu a migração para ser cliente fibra.
Aí eu entrei em contato e para fazer a migração terei que pagar 90 reais da instalação nos meus dois pontos. Achei um absurdo.
Sempre recomendei a Novainfonet, quase nunca tenho problema com conexão, atendimento sempre foram rápidos.
Más dessa vez deixou a desejar..
Vou mudar para a internet de outra empresa. Alguém me indica uma que pegue na região do hospital em boca da mata?.
