Horrible service, horrible support, everything horrible. If your internet goes down then it takes 3 days to go to your house to try to solve the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O sinal de internet é ótimo porém o atendimento por tel é péssimo muito demorado e tbm todo mês tenho q ir pessoalmente à loja pagar a mensalidade pois eles não oferecem para todos os planos o serviço de pagamento por boleto!!
The internet signal is great but the tel service is very long and also every month I have to go personally to the store to pay the monthly fee because they do not offer the payment service by billet !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento demorado o cliente esperando por 45 minutos e não tem um retorno .. só me atendeu porq eu liguei no zap da loja ..nós podemos espera eles por 40 minutos mais a Net rocinha não pode espera nem 10 minuto que eles já finaliza o atendimento e pede pra avaliar .. precisa melhorar o atendimento e muito , empresa tem que investir em treinamento para as atendende ....outra coisa o boleto venceu no final de semana eles já corta a conexão .. falando q está em atrasado não sei se pode corta se atrasar um ou dois dias sendo que é final de semana...em fim ... Não sei se é porq é na comunidade (Rocinha ).... Ou por falta de treinamento , investimento nós colaboradores .
