Em 1986, a Novilho de Prata inaugurou sua primeira unidade em São Paulo. Desde então, a rede só cresceu. Hoje, o cliente encontra a churrascaria em dois endereços, desfrutando de uma experiência gastronômica inigualável. As unidades possuem espaço amplo com capacidade média de 300 lugares, dispostos em uma estrutura planejada e moderna. O Espaço Reservado com retroprojetor é ideal para reuniões e eventos e o American Bar é uma excelente idéia para suas noites ficarem mais animadas.
As churrascarias da rede funcionam diariamente a partir do 12h00 em sistema de rodízio, servindo excepcionais cortes de carnes nobres como picanha, carré de cordeiro, paleta de cordeiro, costela premium e muito mais. Despite the fact that I don't fancy all-you-can-eat meals, specially when it comes to barbecue, I had a nice experience there, mostly because there were almost no people at the steak house besides me and 4 work colleagues, which resulted in excellent service (7 waiters tending to 5 people lol)!
Beef quality at Novilho de Prata is OK but very salty, which is a common factor in this kind of service.
Very Nice: crispy pork belly and Ancho (rib eye).
OK: Salad buffet (good cheeses and prosciuto). Overall beef cuts were nice.
Avoid: Rack of Lamb (Thin and overcooked)
Price: List price is R$ 110, but since we went there very late we were charged R$ 90 plus drinks. We went dutch and the average price with service was R$ 124/each.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! What a great find. We saw this place leaving the mall. Walked in starving, walked out with pants that wouldn’t fit. Both sirloin dishes (#2 and #3) were delicious and I had 3 servings of each. The bread and cheese dishes also got additional servings, as well as the sausage. After flipping my card to red, I couldn’t help but try the dessert.
This place was amazing.
