★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já faz um tempo que a qualidade no atendimento caiu bastante, sempre pedi o delivery e nunca tive problema, de uns tempo pra cá toda vez que eu peço, eles NUNCA entregam no horário, como eu só tenho 1h de almoço preciso que a entrega seja feita no horário estipulado, caso contrario eu fico sem almoçar. Também já teve vezes que pedi 2 marmitex e eles só entregaram 1. Eu sempre faço meu pedido com 30/40 min de antecedência pra já não ter problemas e eles sempre dizem que o prazo pra entrega é de 30 a 40 min e mesmo assim eles não conseguem cumprir o horário! Ai vc liga pra cancelar e TODOS OS TELEFONES só cai na caixa postal, pq será ne? Achei que com a virada do ano o atendimento fosse melhorar mas já vi que não, uma pena, pq não peço nunca mais!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui bem atendido, porém de uns tempos para cá a moça que atende o telefone é péssima. Hoje, por exemplo, tentei fazer um pedido, liguei várias vezes e não atendeu o telefone. Quando atendeu pediu para eu esperar um pouco e simplesmente abandonou o atendimento, fique pendurado até eu desligar o telefone e fazer o pedido em outro restaurante. Uma pena.
