★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CUIDADO! Pense duas vezes antes de comprar nesta loja. Pois a mesma não respeita os prazos de entrega nem o cliente. Comprei um sofá e me deram o prazo de 30 dias (inscrito na nota) para entrega do mesmo. No momento em que escrevo este comentário já se passaram 46 dias!!! Até as Casas Bahia cumpre melhor os seus prazos!
WATCH OUT! Think twice before buying at this store. Because it does not respect the delivery time nor the customer. I bought a couch and they gave me 30 days (written in the note) to deliver it. At the time of writing this comment 46 days have passed !!! Even Casas Bahia better meets your deadlines!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei sofá em L, que logo ficou deformado. Telefonei para Nina e ela fez a proposta de troca com acréscimo de alguma quantia. Concordei e troquei. O próprio entregador falou que eu estava trocando 6 por meia dúzia. Não deu outra! De novo foi feita a mesma proposta. Em menos de 1 ano a catraca quebrou e não mandam consertar.
I bought an L-shaped sofa, which soon became deformed. I called Nina and she made the exchange proposal with the addition of some amount. I agreed and switched. The deliveryman himself said that I was exchanging 6 for half a dozen. There was no other! Again the same proposal was made. In less than 1 year the ratchet broke and they don't have to be repaired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há um ano atras comprei um Rack para minha sala e um buffet para minha sala de jantar. Fiz o pagamento à vista e entregaram no dia seguinte. Até ai nada a reclamar. Há dois dias atras o meu buffet simplesmente caiu a prateleira onde tinham minhas taças de vinho e água, e todas de cristais leves e finos. A conclusão é que alem das taças todos os vidros que estavam na parte de baixo (pois eram mais pesados então não coloquei na prateleira de cima) quebraram, copos trazidos de viagem, tudo veio abaixo. A minha sorte é que não feriu ninguém. Fui na loja contar o fato, e a resposta que obtive foi trocamos o pino se a senhora quiser, e alem disso não posso fazer nada com isso. Então você paga mais de 3000 à vista num móvel, pq vc espera que ele seja de boa qualidade e mesmo assim se precave de não colocar nada pesado, e mesmo assim o produto quebra e ninguém tem nada a ver com isso? Cade o fornecedor que não faz teste de qualidade? A vendedora nem quis ver o pino e nem as fotos do ocorrido. Mesmo que se não fosse feito nada, o descaso em não saber do assunto e nem ao menos saber qual foi o buffet para ligar para o fornecedor. Se eu pudesse colocava uma placa enorme: NÃO COMPREM NADA NESSA LOJA, É FURADA
A year ago I bought a rack for my living room and a buffet for my dining room. I made the cash payment and they delivered the next day. So far nothing to complain about. Two days ago my buffet just fell off the shelf where my glasses of wine and water were, and all of them were light and fine crystals. The conclusion is that besides the glasses, all the glasses that were on the bottom (because they were heavier, so I didn't put them on the top shelf) broke, glasses brought from travel, everything came down. My luck is that it didn't hurt anyone. I went to the store to tell the fact, and the answer I got was to change the pin if you want, and besides, I can't do anything with it. So you pay more than 3000 cash on a piece of furniture, why do you expect it to be of good quality and still be careful not to put anything heavy, and even then the product breaks and no one has anything to do with it? Where is the supplier that does not do quality testing? The seller didn't even want to see the pin or the photos of what happened. Even if nothing was done, the neglect of not knowing the subject and not even knowing what the buffet was to call the supplier. If I could put a huge sign: DON'T BUY ANYTHING IN THIS STORE, IT'S BORED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos um sofá na loja, não foi barato e com 1 ano e 1 mês de uso o sofá começou a ficar rosa. Não indico a ninguém comprar móveis de tecido, não é garantia e nem houve interesse em conferir, simplesmente pelo fato dos 6 meses de garantia ter expirado. Nota: Não foi por exposição ao sol, pq o local que o sofá fica não pega sol, nem por conta de algum tecido usado em cima, pq regiões do sofá que o sol não teria como pegar, também ficou rosa. Espero que não aconteça o mesmo com as poltronas que comprei.
We bought a sofa in the store, it was not cheap and with 1 year and 1 month of use the sofa started to turn pink. I do not recommend anyone to buy fabric furniture, it is not a guarantee and there was no interest in checking it, simply because the 6 months warranty has expired. Note: It was not due to exposure to the sun, because the place where the sofa is not exposed to the sun, or because of some fabric used on top, because the sofa areas that the sun would not be able to catch, also turned pink. I hope the same thing doesn't happen with the seats I bought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja péssima, nunca fui tão mal tratado em um estabelecimento, de nenhum tipo. Fomos amigavelmente e muito educadamente TENTAR fazer uma troca na loja, que já havia sido avisada visto que o prazo para troca já havia passado, e prontamente fomos recebidos com uma resposta da gerente (mulher morena, baixa, cabelo liso preto) que disse se tratar de uma AFRONTA tentarmos fazer a troca, tudo isso de forma alterada e muito mal educada. Quando é pra comprar, uma maravilha, já quando é pra fazer uma gentileza pro cliente expulsam a pessoa da loja. Não comprem com esse tipo de gente deselegante. Pena de comerciantes que tratam os clientes assim e nao pensam no dia de amanhã. Dei uma estrela porque não tinha como dar nenhuma.
Terrible store, I have never been treated so badly in an establishment of any kind. We were friendly and very politely TRYING to make an exchange at the store, which had already been notified since the exchange deadline had passed, and we were promptly received with a response from the manager (brunette woman, short, straight black hair) who said it was of an AFFRONT to try to make the exchange, all this in an altered and very rude way. When it's to buy, it's wonderful, when it's to do a kindness to the customer, they kick the person out of the store. Don't shop with these kind of inelegant people. Shame on merchants who treat customers like this and don't think about tomorrow. I gave one star because I couldn't give none.
